Why we use your data

We use contact details, enquiries and property preferences to answer you, arrange viewings and provide buyer or vendor representation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, your consent where required, and legal obligations. Separate consent is required for optional marketing. A contact request does not subscribe you to marketing.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
